I am now on a two weeks between sessions schedule.
Patchiness remains, though there is a slight reduction in overall coverage, especially on the neck.
Only thing weird is the facial hair above lip seems to be getting more course with each treatment with little sign of getting more sparse.
I am somewhat disappointed that the total number of sessions has increased from 12-15 to around 30-40, assuming it takes 2 years as planned. The cost hasn't changed any, other than driving across town all the more.

Next treatment
Did the next treatment monday. They are doing 50joules @ 40ms for the entire face.
The difference in pain is noticeable, though still very much bearable.
As far as coverage, things are getting thinner all around, though not as noticeably as in the last few months, with more patchyness in various places.
Only other change is they are moving me to every 2 weeks instead of every 4 weeks. I am still deciding if this is worth it as EVERY other person I've talked to that has gone through this has indicating 6-8 treatments total at 2-3 month intervals.
